Due to the exceptional situation we are living and in order to face the health alert caused by COVID‐19, we would like to inform you that from Neftis Laboratorios we have adapted our opening hours for this next period: from 16/03/2020 to 30/03/2020 the next two weeks our telephone service will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except on Friday, which will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Neftis Laboratorios‘ team will continue to operate by home working so that you can contact us by phone and/or email and also by videoconference when it is required.
In some specific cases, the delivery date of the orders placed could be affected by the restrictive and unforeseeable circumstances that we are facing, but in these cases our sales team will contact you and duly inform you of the new expected delivery date. Meanwhile, we remain at your entire disposal to answer any questions that may arise during this uncertain period of time.
We are confident that these drastic measures that we must face will help us to eradicate the COVID-19 virus as soon as possible.
